Return and Exchange

Today’s business world is largely dependent on data and the information that is derived from that data.

 

Not fully satisfied with your purchase? Not to worry Zac Tofino offers free return and exchange within 90 days of receipt.
Returns and exchanges must have original tags, must not have been worn and must be in the condition in which they were sold.

MAKING A RETURN/EXCHANGE

A request for authorization of return/exchange must be requested prior to shipping your merchandise back to us. An email must be sent to us at info@zactofino.com providing your order number and reason for the return/exchange. once request is complete we will provide to you a return authorization number (RAN) and a pre-paid return label. When sending back the package to Zac Tofino you must include in the package the invoice or copy of the invoice, return authorization number and the request for exchange/return. For all returns you have the choice to get it back in store credit, have it refunded in its original form of payment or exchanged.

WHEN WILL THE REFUND BE MADE?

Once we have received your package, we will refund you in the original form of payment. You will receive a notification via email to the email address listed on your Zac Tofino account when the transaction has taken place.
